Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out necessary forms.

A reminder text/email will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on services and you will be charged a 50% fee if you cancel on the day of your appointment, fail to show, or arrive ten or more minutes late to your appointment.

Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Treatment may be refused if you are ten or more minutes late to your appointment. The clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure our Therapists do not run late for their following bookings.

A thorough consultation will always be performed prior to your treatment to ensure suitability. Your therapist may recommend another treatment to the one you have booked on the day depending on your skin concerns and overall skin health. Avoid oral/topical prescription retinoid/steroid/antibiotic medication for 2 weeks prior to any skin treatment. Please note we cannot treat you if you have an active cold sore or if you have had any Dermal Filler/Anti-wrinkle injections within the last 2 weeks.
